Summer
2004: the band has been formed by Jan, who joined forces with ZAPs
band-mates W.B. and Widius, alongside with keyboardist Njola and
singer Alex. They almost immediately released a self-produced EP,
Rock Aint Dead! that gained only positive reviews from the webzines
and papers whom it has been sent to. Without a proper bassist, they
were unable to promote it and, thus few gigs were played, soon Alex
and Njola left SYBILLA for personal reasons. Summer 2005; flamboyant
vocalist Dave and rockin' bassist Frank joined in and the band began
rising from the grave... While doing some concerts, they started
penning songs for the album The Invisible Sandglass and they also
took time for an appearance on the cult (at least in Italy) TV
program Roxy Bar, hosted by Red Ronnie in June 2006. In October 2006
they released their full-length The Invisible Sandglass. Again, ONLY
positive reviews from the press and a few concerts in Italy to
promote the album. Meanwhile they appear on several radio, web and
TV shows even winning a couple of band-contests. June 2007 marks a
breakthru in SYBILLA's history: they finally sign a contract with
american label Blastone Entertainment Group/BigBang Music. In late
2007 they start recording the follow up of "The Invisible Sandglass"
and Rob*Star replaces Frank P.Wyatt in the band. They play their
first gig with the new lineup at MOTOR SHOW in Bologna. In April/May
2008 they will tour the U.S. Southwest with L.A. Rockers Tattooed
Millionaires, with a kick-off gig at the legendary venue WHISKY A GO
GO in Los Angeles, Sunset Strip.Everything has been said&done...SYBILLA

Catchy AOR choruses Great Heavy stuff Some Prog-ish and Dark-ish
